Digital Product Refund Policy

1. Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital download — spreadsheet files and PDF guides. Nothing physical is shipped.
2. When you receive access
Download links appear on your order confirmation page immediately after payment is confirmed. Keep that page bookmarked — your links stay available there.
3. If a download fails
If a file will not download or open, contact us with your order number and we will restore your access or send the files another way. A technical problem on our side will never leave you without what you paid for.
4. Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge after verifying it with our payment processor.
5. Refund rules for delivered products
Because digital files cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales of successfully delivered digital products are final. However, this policy is always subject to applicable consumer protection laws — where the law gives you a right to a refund (for example for a faulty product), that right is not affected.
